Wherein lie the intersections between peoples’ value systems and skills ultimately needed to attract more diverse talent to the engineering professions of 2030?

The A-STEP 2030 project group, funded by the European Commission, has published a study examining the most important attributes required of engineers in the future.

The study has been developed as a collaborative effort among TU Dublin, ENSTA Bretagne, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and Aalborg University. The study examined a variety of different perspectives on the subject, including students, teachers and industry leaders.

Check out this interesting webinar (15 min), to find out what beliefs are shared by students across Europe and what differences there are in regards to the perception of what a sustainable society should look like.
